“Customer service is very polite and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and they definitely 💯 work with you to get you the right part. I bought an inlet valve for my washing machine and it also came with a warranty. I definitely recommend shopping and this establishment. Thank you for your help Mr. Forehand”

“My refrigerator broke last weekend, but fortunately I had a totally great experience buying a new refrigerator at East Coast Appliance (over the phone) from Todd Wood! I gave him the brand and model number I wanted and he went out of his way to accommodate me and have the new refrigerator delivered the next day! In addition to Todd being exceptional, the delivery men/installers, Carlos, Jason and Bryant were outstanding as well! They worked well together, and were extremely polite, caring and very personable. I loved having a tracker to be able to know how many stops were ahead of me and exactly when they would be here. I also had their cell phone number which great. They were able to remove my old frig and deliver the new one in no time, considering they had 2 flights of stairs to navigate. They also hooked up the water line efficiently and quickly. This was the smoothest, most pleasurable purchase/delivery experience I have ever had! I've used East Coast Appliance several times over the past 30 years, but I can honestly say now that I will buy all future appliances from East Coast Appliance. I highly recommend this store and want to thank Todd, Carlos, Jason and Bryant for being so knowledgeable and professional. I could not be happier! Ten stars!!! Thanks again!!!”
