“I went in Tuesday for a part I needed for my washer and got an extra part I might need and first part didn't work, because the part it was supposed to attach to was broken as well, went back in next day and part I needed was $160. These guys brought the price down to $68 and I got home installed and washer back to new, needed first and last part, returning part I might have needed today. These guys were really awesome and you can just tell they go above and beyond with every customer. Rare Gem, getting all my future appliance business.”

“I just purchased Third 5 gal. of paint at Home Depot the new house is sucking it up... When I checked out price was $25.00 more than last 2 times.. they sent me back to paint department and I was told it had been on sale for few weeks... Joseph honored the sales price... Chelse was very quick and professional mixing paint my mistake not hers...And Shakira at register helped me resolve issue.. My only complaint is the survey on recept does not have area for Comments... Just wanted bunch of personal information...”

“I had to make a purchase online from Louisiana for my daughter and her husband to pick up same day and not have to wait til following day. They have no ac at the moment and while waiting on maintenance, they needed a couple of fans. Robert assisted me making sure the process online was done correctly and made sure to go beyond by pulling the items only a few minutes after I placed the order. My daughter was able to go to the store and pick them up with no problems. I am beyond grateful for Robert being the employee who helped me tonight 1,032 miles away over the phone. My daughter and her husband may still be hot (definitely not Louisiana heat tho) but will be a little more comfortable now. Robert, you are greatly appreciated! Thanks again.”
