“Wish the new owner teach the employees how to use the computer correctly and the machine messed up couldn’t get gas because iPhone wallet was full of money but their machine wouldn’t work or the girl at the counter couldn’t do it. “I dig this location. The parking lot and pumps are easy to access unlike other gas stations in Portsmouth. It's at a high traffic area yet it's not impossible to get a pump or spot. The store is always clean and well stocked.”

“I love wawa, and it is my favorite place to go, for gas and food (I get breakfast and/or lunch from WAwa, most days). I always get gas from this location, on Victory Blvd, as it's close to home. I'm also glad to see they finally upgraded their store, and added improvements. The food is always good, and the setvice is usually friendly. However, my only complaint with Wawa stores in this area, is that I don't always feel safe at them. The store on victory boulevard, has panhandlers and homeless people loitering by the gas pumps and by the storefront, always hitting people up for money. It's gotten to the point where I try to avoid going to the Victory Blvd. store, as I'm always harassed at the gas pump, or whenever I try to go in / out of the store. There are clearly signs that say no loitering, and no panhandling, yet that's all that's up there. The kempsville store has a similar issue, but nowhere near as bad as this one. I even had to tell the manager there that it's gotten to the point I stopped going to the store on Victory, as I don't feel safe, and I'm tired of always being harassed for money, every single time I go.”

“Man I paid for $ 50 Dollars In Gas I went out there pushed the Vutton for Regular Unleaded ( 87 ) so I get almost 15 gallons for the price of gas rn well for the $ 50 this day at these pumps I only got 12 gallons not 15 as I should have at the price of gas today I go in I tell the guy he tells me I didn't press the 87 gas I pressed the 89 gas lol funny myt truck only runs off 87 of 89 went in it it would t even want to start Legit truck says that on the book it come woth to aleuas use 87 unleaded not 89 or 91 or u truck won't start so I told dude naw man I used 87 he still said I used 89 I finally said there's no win with this dude the gas pumps Legit is off and ripping people off keep going if tour stopping to get gas here now to shop there a great store but that one incident turned me wrong so I don't wvwn shop there no more there loss all over being wrong in the gas ..”

“Very nice gas station, I love coming here, the gas is expensive but it's convenient and it's good gas as well, you really get what you pay for, for me it's close to where I work so that's a plus. The staff is really nice and the gas is perfect for my car, as soon I a fill up it makes my car run smoother and accrete faster. Will always come back and I recommend.”

“The Wawa on Frederick Blvd in Portsmouth consistently delivers a solid performance, making it a reliable four-star stop. It's everything you'd expect from a Wawa, and that's usually a very good thing!
First off, the convenience is top-notch. Whether you're grabbing gas, a quick coffee, or a made-to-order hoagie, the layout and efficiency here are what make Wawa so popular. The self-service touchscreens are usually working well, and orders come out relatively quickly, even during busy periods.
The selection of food and drinks is, as always, impressive. From fresh coffee that's always brewing to custom-built sandwiches and a wide array of snacks and beverages, there's something for everyone. I'm a big fan of their breakfast Sizzlis, and their iced tea is always a reliable pick-me-up.
The store is generally clean and well-maintained, and the staff, while sometimes very busy, are usually friendly and helpful. They keep the lines moving, and even with a crowd, you rarely feel like you're waiting excessively long.
My only minor critique, keeping it from a perfect five stars, would be that the parking lot can sometimes feel a bit congested, especially with the flow of traffic on Frederick Blvd and the constant stream of customers. It can be a little tricky to navigate during peak hours.
Overall, if you're in the Portsmouth area and need to fuel up, grab a quick meal, or just pick up some essentials, the Wawa on Frederick Blvd is an excellent and dependable choice. It embodies the best of what Wawa has to offer.”
“Just came by for gas. However, I looked inside the store and there are a lot of people in there smiling. I checked it out. They sell fresh food here. Interesting. Gotta run today but I will try it next time. The store is well stocked and clean. I was greeted with a warm hello from the register as I enteed. I will come back for a snack soon.”

“Out of state and not from the area, our radiator hose blew off and just so happened near this little service station. Fernando immediately helped us and did an amazing job, he was quick and extremely smart and knew what he was doing. If it wasn't for his quick thinking and eagerness to help us I don't know what we would have done. This is a very caring place. Highly recommend if you need auto work done to check them out.”
