“My day started with great expectations. I soon found out that wasn't going to be the case. More running around than I had anticipated. Found out I needed to get a letter notarized to help my cause. No problem. Will just go to The UPS Store. Got there and found out I couldn't simply hand write a letter as I was hoping. Immediately started get frustrated but Judy from a Suffolk store, quickly informed me that I could write my letter in an email to her store and she could print it out and notarize it and she did.”

“Sent some lights back to the factory in Shenzhen, China, that I received from the Amazon Vine Program. Seller is sending a replacement set for the original faulty product, and for my troubles of sending them back, they are also sending a complimentary set. Don't deal with Amazon. Use the Messaging Assistant to contact the seller directly. If you need to send them an email where you can be reached, print it out and take a picture of it to send in an attachment. Amazon will block phone numbers and email addresses. Write reviews on products you get from Amazon and take pictures. They might invite you to the Amazon Vine Voice program.”

“This is the closest Post Office in the area. I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars because they can not keep workers. This location is constantly business but only has one customer service representative helping customers. This happens on a regular basis. Example on a Friday at 515, there is a line out the door. After 45 mins, I am inside. I inquire about what is causing the delay. A gentleman explains that most workers got sent to the hospital due to COVID which only left one teller. Now I am no expert but I'm thinking this location should have closed and got disinfected or cleaned. Anyway, the one staff that was left has been working at this location for at least 10 years. He is the friendliest person they have on staff. His interaction with all customers is a blessing. This gentleman takes extra care with the elderly and explains things to them. If you have patience and want quality service, this is the post office.”
