“had an ‘emergency’ & needed to get an important item that an out•of•town friend left behind & fast! but OF COURSE it would be Labor Day that this pops up on my to•do list. *smh* Ran over to the UPS Store in Ghent thanking the stars that they were open! Jamie greeted me with a smile & was not only knowledgeable but quite expeditious, as well! She was incredibly helpful in making sure the package was secure (as it contained a fragile, electronic item) & offered different shipping options along with pricing to fit my budget. She understood the importance of this package & the urgency to get it to the destination quickly & could not have been more accommodating on a holiday, no less! Staff member's suggestion as otherwise the parcel automatically gets returned to Company? Thank you to the young lady who spent over 1:30 hrs helping me?”
