Seller is sending a replacement set for the original faulty product, and for my troubles of sending them back, they are also sending a complimentary set. Don't deal with Amazon. Use the Messaging Assistant to contact the seller directly. If you need to send them an email where you can be reached, print it out and take a picture of it to send in an attachment. Amazon will block phone numbers and email addresses. Write reviews on products you get from Amazon and take pictures. They might invite you to the Amazon Vine Voice program.”
