We purchased the car within the hour and had a great experience. We then drove the car over 400 miles through hilly terrain and it ran like a dream with no issues, so it’s safe to say that we made a great choice in buying from Purcellville Motors.”

“Called this shop after receiving multiple extremely expensive quotes in the Ashburn area for a transmission clutch replacement on my truck. The owner answered the phone and put together a much fairer quote. Received the vehicle back and the work is just great, clutch works perfectly and the price couldn't be beat. I do almost all of my vehicle maintenance myself, have literally rebuilt one vehicle entirely, and am constantly arguing with Ashburn area shops about their over billing and dubious work quality. I didn't have to do any of that at this shop. The owner was honest and straightforward, no bad surprises at all. I'll be back again!! Highly recommend this shop.”

“Autolink is an unusual business. The owner Joel doesn’t need to work anymore. He stays open selectively working with a small number of customers and friends. There is a lot of less than appealing stuff sitting there, but he isn’t trying to sell that stuff and it isn’t for sale. His primary business is finding specialty cars when a customer knows exactly what they want and can’t find it. He occasionally sells a car that someone trades in (he’s sold at least 3 of mine), but having a lot car is pretty unusual. If you walk in and treat him like any other dealership, it won’t go well, I’ve seen it and the reviews show it. If you treat him like a decent human, Joel really goes above and beyond to help find you the car you want. I’m a 6x customer and dread the day this shop closes.
