“I cam to this shop ( after visiting many other shops in VA including Car Max) to pick a used car for my daughter and the sales team provided us with great support and assisted us to find the right car for us within our budget and in as good condition as possible. Mr. Serjeo spent several hours with us during the visit while test driving more than 8 cars until we finally picked a good nice Kia car. He was extremely kind to us and very patient with us. He also supported us to complete the full processing of the registration with DMV directly through his shop and we received the metal plates and the title of the care by mail at our home after one week.
