The representative at the front desk gave me options and prices of different types of tires that fit my vehicle(run flat and non run flat) and I scheduled the service.I made the decision for non run flat and the mechanics replaced all four tires on my Mercedes-Benz C300 2018 for 1K dollars. Saved $500 hundred dollars because the Mercedes-Benz dealership would have charged an estimate of $1500 easily.The service took about two hours based on the work load they had that afternoon. Overall, Great place if you have access to Quantico base.”

“This afternoon I went to Caliber Collision for an unscheduled estimate on some scrapes on my passenger side rear fender wheel-well and a passenger side mirror that would no longer retract because of being bent in the wrong direction. The manager “Z” greeted me, asked if I had an appointment (I didn’t) and proceeded to listen to my concerns. He came out to my F-150 King Ranch and diagnosed that I merely had rubbed paint from another vehicle that could be easily removed with a cloth and the right rubbing compound. After assessing the mirror he recognized it just needed a little maneuvering and it would contract as normal. While he was assisting me, I was interrupted by an important phone call. He patiently waited for me to complete the call and then asked if he could go ahead and attempt to remove the blemishes off my wheel-well fender. I granted him the permission and when completed (10 minutes) it looked completely awesome. Mr. Z did not know I was a Marine vet, yet he took care of the problems I believed were going to cost hundreds of dollars and take 2-3 days of down time to fix. Kudos to this gentleman and his company Caliber Collision for having the CALIBER of INTEGRITY not found in many service centers. I truly appreciate the customer service I received today. And for the record, I have had work done on my vehicle there in the past and they have always demonstrated professionalism, kindness and a willingness to help. Take your vehicle to Caliber Collision. You won’t regret it, but you might if you don’t!”

The back up camera remained activated even when the car was not running. Haven't had a problem since and it's been a few months. Good customer service and reasonably priced.
