You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
In this day of many businesses prioritizing volume over service and customer loyalty, it is often difficult to find a reliable automotive repair establishment you can trust. Caton’s is that establishment you are looking for.

This is part two of the first review I gave after getting home with my truck fixed with the brakes. I found out that my reverse camera wasn’t working and I knew when they installed it, they installed it close to the I gladly called them, but before I brought in the truck, I checked if it got pulled out of the back of the radio, but it was so I brought it and they fixed it ASAP. I cannot say anything greater than I wouldn’t go anywhere to do anything I recommend a shop 100% The owner is great and they never try to sell oversell you. They tell you what you need now and what you need in a few thank you.”

“Great assistance. The opportunity to work on your own car, with help on stand-by, is very reassuring. Cheaper than a mechanic or dealership visit. Routine maintenance is quick, done by yourself, with minor guidance from the staff here. Thank you all at the Quantico Auto Hobby shop. I did an oil change and was given guidance on other future maintenance that sounds difficult but is rather simple and cheaper when done yourself.
