“Dealing with car repairs is stressful to begin with, but I have felt so much better knowing Gabe's is in business. Years ago my VW was acting up and I was getting a hard time with the dealership - Gabe's expert VW tech talked me through what was going on and solved that. Then a Fusion with different issues fixed some time later. Another car had a check engine light that was not turning off -was brought to a dealer and misdiagnosed/not fixed. Took it to Gabes and had a thorough diagnosis, complete understanding of the real problem, and kind human interaction during the process. Moral of the story: don't waste time/energy/money on the dealer repairs- going straight to Gabe's next time”

“Incredible service! We were able to bring my car in immediately, and they replaced my battery within 30 minutes. Nice building, greatly helpful team and overall just good vibes. Will keep this place in mind for future battery-related issues. What means a lot to me was their ability to provide immediate help on such short notice as I had to leave to make it to a scheduled event, and they made it possible for me to make it on time!
Very kind assistance in a high-stress situation. Only downside is they do not offer a restroom for waiting customers, but you can easily walk to the Starbucks next door.”

“We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly.
This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
In this day of many businesses prioritizing volume over service and customer loyalty, it is often difficult to find a reliable automotive repair establishment you can trust. Caton’s is that establishment you are looking for.
