“I really enjoy living here! The apartments are really spacious and it's nice having 2 bathrooms as well. To be so close to the University, it's generally pretty quiet. Management has always been so helpful and quick to respond. Caleb with maintenance is prompt and professional. I'm so glad I found this place after a previous bad rental experience. Price point is right too compared to other rentals in this area. It is within walking distance to RU and the neighborhood feels safe enough to walk my dog at night. I hope to renew my lease next year!”

“My roommates and I have lived here for the past two years and it has been a pleasurable experience. Maintenance came within 24 hours of requesting assistance and everyone working at the office is super nice and helpful. The apartment itself has a lot of space and is a great place to call home. The location is close to campus which was really convenient. We all felt safe living here as there are cameras in the hallway and the doors lock at night. I definitely recommend renting here!!”
