“I went in to purchase acid for our batteries but turns out we didn't need the acid. Matt went above and beyond and stopped by our warehouse to check the batteries. In the end, the conclusion is to replace at least two batteries out of 4. Yes on the list to get them replaced and will definitely go back to the store to get all 4 batteries of scissor lift replaced.”
