“After an embarrassing encounter with a concrete wall in a parking garage, I found myself traipsing around Chantilly, gathering quotes to fix my blunder, out-of-pocket. The first two quotes I received were $1800 and $3900 (what?! why?! how, Carstar?!!!). Feeling confused and defeated, I decided to pull into Sam Auto Body… the reviews were fabulous, after all. Immediately, Mo at the front desk put me at ease, did a quick quote ($1300), answered all my questions about why the quotes were so incredibly different between the three shops for the same work, and was just generally incredibly patient with this middle-aged spaz. He got my car in the very next afternoon and I had it back not even a full two days later! She looks gorgeous and when I went to pick her up, she had been completely washed and shined! I’ve already told my MIL we’re taking her van there, because, well, my husband has always said his mother and I are too much alike and, behold, she made the same exact parking garage blunder! Syed is an extremely nice guy and great communicator over text during the process. He was also thoughtful about what parts to replace (and not replace) with good reasons why. Even touched up a few scratches I had not mentioned. Job was done on time as promised and car was delivered washed and waxed.”

“I bought A new car that got some damage on transport. It was going to be repaired by the warranty company but I needed to use a company they chose. Maaco was very easy to get into to get an estimate from. They worked with the warranty company before so they knew where to send the paperwork to. Within a couple days I heard back on the approval and was able to set up a date to drop the car off. The drop off was easy. They quoted me a time frame. I called to see if it would be ready on time and they had some delays but worked it out super fast so that I could have my car back by the time the rental was due back. They did excellent work. You can't even tell I had body work done.”

“I had a car accident where someone ran into my street parked car while it was unoccupied. My insurance sent me to Caliber to get the damages fixed. I brought my brother and we talked to Jamie initially and talking to him you see how genuine of a person he is! I felt confident leaving my car there and that it would be taken care of. I received regular updates on the car’s progress and when I called the customer service was great. Also as a female, I’m used to dealerships or auto shops trying to take advantage of overcharging or scamming me and Caliber Collision is the first body shop I felt comfortable that wouldn’t happen. They explained everything to me the same as my brother and dad on separate occasions and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Caliber because I personally had an all around wonderful experience!”
