Booked an appointment easily for the next day with plenty of time slots available. Dropped off my car around lunchtime after a sideswipe left a dent on my driver’s side panel. They quoted me a fair estimate—not the cheapest but understandable for my first dent repair. They even provided a loaner so I could get back to work, which was a nice touch.
The repair itself is nearly flawless. They don’t do painting, but their manual dent repair is spot on. The small scratches and scuffs left are just where the paint chipped, which I’ll touch up with OEM paint. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of their work and the smooth experience.”

“I bought A new car that got some damage on transport. It was going to be repaired by the warranty company but I needed to use a company they chose. Maaco was very easy to get into to get an estimate from. They worked with the warranty company before so they knew where to send the paperwork to. Within a couple days I heard back on the approval and was able to set up a date to drop the car off. The drop off was easy. They quoted me a time frame. I called to see if it would be ready on time and they had some delays but worked it out super fast so that I could have my car back by the time the rental was due back. They did excellent work. You can't even tell I had body work done.”

I brought my brother and we talked to Jamie initially and talking to him you see how genuine of a person he is! I felt confident leaving my car there and that it would be taken care of. I received regular updates on the car’s progress and when I called the customer service was great. Also as a female, I’m used to dealerships or auto shops trying to take advantage of overcharging or scamming me and Caliber Collision is the first body shop I felt comfortable that wouldn’t happen. They explained everything to me the same as my brother and dad on separate occasions and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Caliber because I personally had an all around wonderful experience!”

“I recently brought my 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan to D&V Autobody Inc. in Sterling, VA, after a hit-and-run accident involving an ice cream truck. The damage required extensive work on two panels, the tire, the driver's mirror, and the front bumper. From the beginning, the repair team at D&V was professional, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was restored to perfect condition.
Their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. At one point, there was an issue locating the tire lock key, and when I called the dealership, they initially insisted there weren’t tire locks on my vehicle. However, D&V Autobody quickly provided photographic evidence, which I sent to the dealership, prompting them to locate the key and deliver it to D&V. This saved me significant time and frustration.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the level of care D&V Autobody showed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing skilled and customer-focused auto repair!”
