“Royal Auto Body took excellent care of my M4. They did an outstanding job fixing the car, it looks and feels like nothing ever happened to it. I’ve been a customer of Royal Auto Body for more than 20 years, and I’ve recommended them to many friends and coworkers over the years. They have never failed to deliver, and they’ve always gone the extra mile to work with the insurance company and make sure their customers are taken care of. Several local dealerships also trust Royal Auto Body with their pre-delivery vehicles, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work and the reputation they’ve built in the community. Gary was fantastic to work with. He genuinely cares about his customers, was always responsive, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair with frequent calls and photo updates. That level of communication and attention to detail really made the experience stress-free. If you value quality workmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Royal Auto Body. Thanks to Gary, and the entire crew for an excellent job with my M4. You guys did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate the care you put into my car!”

“Little shop, big results. M&W fixed my Lexus to like new condition after someone hit it. They even matched the paint, which is a 3-coat complex job. Syed is an extremely nice guy and great communicator over text during the process. He was also thoughtful about what parts to replace (and not replace) with good reasons why. Even touched up a few scratches I had not mentioned. Job was done on time as promised and car was delivered washed and waxed.”

“Best auto body shop that I've ever experienced! Met Behzad, the manager, and had exemplary service from the time of the estimate to pick-up! He had my Lexus RX 350 finished 5 days earlier than expected! The repair was done with unbelievable detail and beauty. I never imagined my SUV could look brand new again. The shop was located 35 minutes from my house, however, the reviews and work performed was worth every mile! May Jesus continue to bless this business!”

“Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. He stuck to his timelines, which was a big plus for me because a lot of times my truck has been in the shop longer than originally stated. I will be using him for everything moving forward, really appreciative of the business he has put together!”

“Rob and his team were very responsive and did a great job with a repair and a few custom items on my WRX. The estimate on the repair was comparable to a major body shop (Caliber, etc) and the work was finished on time and with a high degree of quality. Rob regularly communicated with updates and questions as the work progressed and treated my car as if it were his own. Would definitely recommend Extraordinaries for custom work and paint.”

“Sara the lady at the front desk was so sweet and knowledgeable. I stopped by to get an estimate for a scratch on my car that went through the paint. She gave me the estimate and I came back next day with down payment . Dropped it off this past Tuesday morning she said 7-10 days. I was surprised only took 2 days. It was great and looks like a new car again. I’m so happy. Customer service is always important. And she is the best from a warm smile when you walk in and always there to help. Service is great. I recommend this body and paint shop. FYI they have been in business since 1972.”

“Excellent workmanship on my Tesla model 3. Glenn was kind and reassuring from the get go. Assured me I will owe only my deductible and there are no after market Tesla parts - contrary to responses from an Tesla “approved” center. Glenn was professional, helpful and patient with an extremely stressful experience with insurance and Tesla parts. Owner Richie was also very pleasant Highly recommend this reliable and honest platinum body shop”

They immediately checked into warranties and got a replacement 2 days later. They stand by their work, its awesome.”
