The dressing rooms are spotless and the lighting and mirrors great for trying on clothes. As for the clothes, there's a solid mix of trendy, up-to-date options for both men and women and some pretty good sales racks. Overall, it's a solid stop.”
“I went to this location for my daughter's first pair of tennis shoes, I picked up a pair of 60% off shoes not knowing that I did and got surprised when at the register and paying less than $10 for both pairs of shoes. This is and was amazing experience for both me and my daughter and then we got to get a handful of things more for her or being able to save from the shoes.”

“Recently went in to just browse around the men's section. I was greeted by Patricia who is amazing! She is very nice and helpful. Beautiful selection of shoes, bags, and accessories. As with any luxury brand, the prices are very high. I ended up looking at the wallets and bracelets and bought a bracelet. At checkout, I was offered a sparkling water by Patricia. Very pretty store and I will definitely be back!”
“Laura was recommended to me after I had a tragic haircut elsewhere. She was fantastic! She took time at the beginning of our appointment to go over how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how I typically maintain and care for it, and what I typically do to style it. It’s been so hard to find someone who can cut short hair on a woman that looks stylish and sophisticated, and she nailed it! She did it so effortlessly, too. “i love the selection of clothing here and i just bought a bunch of stuff today but i agree that the staff was lowk kinda rude. well one in particular. the person checking me out was very sweet. but there was another staff worker at a register and i asked them if that one was open and they said no in a very rude tone and just walked away. Would probably shop here again because the clothes are adorable and looked really good on me but pls teach ur staff better”

“I have had a few really great experiences here. One time, there was a misunderstanding over a purchase that I made at the Reston location, and I had tried to return it at the Leesburg outlet location. Long story short, I had to call the Reston location while at the outlets, and the manager was sooooo kind, she even offered me 25% off for the next time I went into the store, although I haven’t actually made an in store purchase since. I really just want to applaud the customer service and consistent kindness that I have experienced!”
