She took time at the beginning of our appointment to go over how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how I typically maintain and care for it, and what I typically do to style it. “I had an outstanding experience at the Brooks Brothers store in Tysons Corner today. I originally came in this morning simply to try on jacket sizes after purchasing two suits and a blazer at a different location. Those items were already a near-perfect fit—just the sleeves were slightly long and needed a small adjustment.
From the moment I walked in, Quentin was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, and he let me know the store could handle alterations in-house. That level of service immediately gave me confidence.
I returned later in the afternoon with two suits and two blazers, and they took care of everything quickly and efficiently—adjusting sleeve length on three jackets and replacing buttons on the fourth. The cost was extremely reasonable (only $40 total), and everything will be ready in about a week.
Honestly, I have no idea why this store gets poor reviews online—my experience was nothing short of white-glove service. Quentin is absolutely the reason I’ll be coming back for future wardrobe needs, and I also appreciate Nancy, the store manager, for overseeing such a smooth and professional experience.

“I have had a few really great experiences here. One time, there was a misunderstanding over a purchase that I made at the Reston location, and I had tried to return it at the Leesburg outlet location. Long story short, I had to call the Reston location while at the outlets, and the manager was sooooo kind, she even offered me 25% off for the next time I went into the store, although I haven’t actually made an in store purchase since. I really just want to applaud the customer service and consistent kindness that I have experienced!”
