She took time at the beginning of our appointment to go over how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how I typically maintain and care for it, and what I typically do to style it. “I have had a few really great experiences here. One time, there was a misunderstanding over a purchase that I made at the Reston location, and I had tried to return it at the Leesburg outlet location. Long story short, I had to call the Reston location while at the outlets, and the manager was sooooo kind, she even offered me 25% off for the next time I went into the store, although I haven’t actually made an in store purchase since. I really just want to applaud the customer service and consistent kindness that I have experienced!”
