“I will only deal with this pharmacy. My husband is on a lot of medications and they carefully check for interactions and may actually in this way have saved his life. The pharmacists are super. Grace goes out of her way to be helpful to us, and Ahmed helps with very practical advice (like, take blood pressure and if systolic is over 150 don’t take meloxicaml. None of my doctors could be that specific). The techs are also very kind and helpful. I do wish that CVS would hire more staff because they work very hard and at times the lines are long—but to their credit they never let it compromise the care they show each customer.”
“We love this area! Although more shade and a softer kids playground would be helpful, it is a lovely kid-friendly space, to spend the day and explore new territory.”

“Easily one of the most competent CVS pharmacies in Northern Virginia. I’ve moved away from this area, but opted to get my prescriptions filled here after a year of dealing with my local CVS pharmacies that aren’t as organized or knowledgeable. Sure, they can be slow or understaffed at times, but they take the time to actually help customers get the medications they need. For that, I’ll be forever grateful.”
“The pharmacy at this location has always been wonderful and convenient for me and my family. But in the last year, I have come to fully rely on the staff and the head pharmacist. The head pharmacist and some of staff know my medical needs very very well and make my life much easier. The head pharmacist makes sure I always have access to my medications, which in my situation is not always easy. I am very thankful for their dedication and hard work. I experience in the front end of the store some issues. I know that they are likely understaffed and that causes a lot of issues for customers. There is one older gentleman (update I think his name is Javier!) that when I see working always has a smile and is great with the customers. I truly enjoy seeing him on the chances that I do. Thank you, CVS Southlakes, especially to the pharmacy, staff and leader. You are appreciated!”

“I don’t know what other people thinks about this place . I found it pretty convenient like one stop shop. I will start with the store manager (Saima) . She is so humble and kind , most of the time I have seen her dealing with the homeless people as polite as she can, but some times she have to call the cops because of some people’s bad behavior and stealing merchandise like Beer and candies. I live in this neighborhood for about 20 years and this Gas station is my everyday stop. Not only to get gas but their Food is also always very fresh and delicious. Like their wings and Pizzas. Specially their breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommended.”
