“Had my bumper replaced and was told not to go to car washes with moving brushes for 60 days! Well Spring came and so did all this pollen on my car. My dark blue car was covered. I asked around and found this was the old school car wash where you can do it yourself. Funny I didn't realize how many people still go to self serve car washes because it was packed! There was about 4-5 lanes and you have to get tokens to operate the wands. The machine takes cash and credit card. The tokens are $1 each and gives you a certain amount of time. So the more time you need, the more tokens you should purchase. I say, come with patience because as I said this place was crowded and depending on who's in front of you, your wait time will vary. I got out the car while I was waiting to get my tokens before it was my turn but I did see a guy pull in to the bay and then go get his tokens. The guy I was behind started busting out his buffering tools and wax so I waited quite a bit for him to finish! But he did add a couple tokens when he left and told me to pull in! I will come back like on a Tuesday morning.”
“I've had a good experience but they tend to be busy bury certain hours. I stop here alot due to them having e85 ethanol and my f150 using feel fuel. Get less mileage so I blend 60/40 87 octane and the 94 ethanol they have. My truck has a 33 gallon tank. $120+ per fill up if I don't blend.”
“The touchless car wash here is super nice. Even the cheapest option sprays the undercarriage, which is great for preventing rust after snowstorms. Doesn't leave any scratches like brushed car washes. You may want to bring a waterless wash & wax if you're more serious about getting absolutely everything off your car though.
What truly gives this place five stars is the management. I called at around 6am on a Sunday to verify their car wash was open before driving out, and management let me know that it was definitely open. I drove out, got my car wash, went back home, and was surprised when management called me back at 10am to let me know the washer had broken down in case I was driving from far away! I wish I had gotten the manager's name, because I was very pleasantly shocked to get a call back about that!!
I've had a great experience every time I've come here, but I felt the need to leave a review because of the manager on duty the morning of March 22nd. 5/5 stars 👍👍”

“Very friendly service that walks you through the options. They had 3 levels varying from basic to extra coatings, under carriage, etc. they also offer monthly memberships with unlimited washes for one car. They had vacuum stations afterwards with glass cleaner and mat cleaners both carpet and rubber. It was a great full service stop to get my car done, will return again!”
“The perfect neighborhood store that has it all! Grocery, bill payments, money orders, lottery, beer, great deals on 12 packs of soda! They also have random cool things like really nice vapes. Truly a one stop shop! Everyone is so friendly!”

“Good store with great staff. My only problem with this store is, outside the store shows lower gasoline prices but at the gas pumps the prices are higher. I personally know Mr. Jamil Khan who is the franchise of this store and I also know that he is a very experienced gentleman. I don't understand that how come he don't know about this problem? I do know he will take care of this issue if he knows this problem. Other than that it's a great place to shop and staff is very friendly and helpful.”
“This is the only place at Dulles Town Center, located at the entrance of the Food Court, where you can buy small sundries, soft drinks, snacks and of course lottery tickets. Prices a little steep but worth it to at least have a place to find chips to go with smoothies .”

I'm in customer service (we all are if we work) but this walking a customer to what they are looking for instead of just pointing is a lost service in most places.”

I stopped buying hot food though because one dude rang up a few customers then went to put more hot dogs on without washing his hands. The gentleman looked at me funny when asked him about it ??? “Came to the mechanic here on Friday 5 minutes before they closed because I didn’t realize they closed at 6pm and they still did the safety inspection and stayed a bit after closing which was much appreciated.
Straightforward and fast. I had one issue that was fixed and was good to go! I like when you can actually talk to the mechanic instead of playing the telephone game with a service advisor.”

“Great place to wait for arriving Dulles passengers that has everything you'd ever want in the way of food and drink.
The store now has a robot roaming the aisles and keeping the floors clean.
It has a boatload of coffee options from automated machines, but the output tastes like crap. Maybe they need more frequent cleaning? Or maybe they should hire someone to keep freshly brewed coffee available like smaller 7-11's.”
