“Inside Office Depot. Easy dropoff at customer service.FedEx customer service is not great at other locations. They typically take much longer to give a receipt if you have to drop a package. And many times they try to upsell, do better packaging etc. This location is better than other locations.”

“I came on a slow day so I was able to get help for the lamination service. They have pretty much everything here from printer, lamination, shipping, with other things to shop for like cards and books. It was my time using the lamination service so if you’re going to use it too. Use the provided white pocket folder to cover the lamination so it rolls through the laminator. Else it won’t be able to roll through the machine”

“I had time sensitive printed posters and a program I needed for a funeral. I was obviously emotional having lost a close family member. I was having trouble making the CANVA software do what I needed it to do. 3 staff members and finally a manager came over and tried to help. We thankfully figured out a solution that worked well and the outcome was beautiful for my nephew’s memorial. Thank you to the staff members who helped me on 3/7/24 at 10AM. “So I recently had an issue with an RMA I shipped through here. Likely 100% a messup on Google's part. They helped me work through the issue and find the package despite significant difficulty in doing so as I lost the receipt. The employees were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. For more detail read on.I was returning a defective phone to google. Had printed out and boxed it up, dropped it off and 3 weeks later get a charge from google for not returning the phone. I go to check the tracking number and it had nothing. So I go into the store and start the seemingly hopeless process of finding this package, to which I had lost the dropoff receipt.The first person I interacted with was very helpful took down the necessary information and said she'd call back by noon, she did exactly that. She was still waiting on some help from the manager. A couple days passed without contact, but I couldn't have done anything those days anyway. So Monday comes around and I stopped back in.The manager was there, we chatted for a couple minutes. They had video of me dropping off the package, we just needed to find the tracking number. So they took some time to run through all the packages that went out that day to find the one that fit the parameters of the RMA. They found it and I was able to sort out the issue with Google. Very grateful they went out of their way to help me figure this out even pulling up camera footage and digging through raw data to help sort out the issue.”
