    “I have had a few really great experiences here. One time, there was a misunderstanding over a purchase that I made at the Reston location, and I had tried to return it at the Leesburg outlet location. Long story short, I had to call the Reston location while at the outlets, and the manager was sooooo kind, she even offered me 25% off for the next time I went into the store, although I haven’t actually made an in store purchase since. I really just want to applaud the customer service and consistent kindness that I have experienced!”

    “Kiara and Michelle made this a wonderful shopping experience. Both took the time to walk me through the store, stayed patient throughout, and never rushed me along. The store was clean and well organized too, which made browsing easy. One thing worth passing along: it would help to see more mirrors back on the floor, right now there is just the one in the dressing room area. Overall, a great visit thanks to Kiara and Michelle. Warm, Thoughtful Guidance from Ms. Vivian at Lululemon Reston Town Center Ms. Vivian greeted me warmly when I visited Lululemon at Reston Town Center to exchange an item for a different color. She knows the products well and shared helpful advice, which meant more to me than any sales pitch. The item exchange was quick and easy, with no pressure at any point. The item I exchanged in a different color was reduced even further, by about $30! I left grateful and look forward to returning.”
