Incredibly rude lady. I came in to cash a scratch off lottery ticket and she would not accept it until I myself scratched the barcode. She would not give me a coin to do so. I had to use my key, which resulted in the entire paper getting frayed. She just stood there laughing.

Just visited this store today around 6.30 pm. The old lady with glasses cashier is very rude at 7-11 store. The drink price tag was $2.99 and she charged me $3.59. And when I showed her the price of 2.99, simply removed the price tag from rack with rude behavior. Worst customer service!! Zero rating!
