I paid for my order at another store, I came into this store for a pickup, a box already at the front, that’s already paid for, and the dark skin woman who worked at noon march 9th for some reason wanted me to wait in line to do that, when I got my package from another associate to check out my order, she then began to tell me how I’m not fair, and it won’t happen again. I did not expect to be talked to like a child at autozone. And yelling across the store at me, surely wasn’t helping that long line.

I understand it’s cold outside but to have a sign on the door that says due to weather there will be no battery testing outdoors and I drove to the nearest.

The commercial service is not good on Sundays since there is no staff to assist you on a Sunday per commercial, they should improve that

Every time my husband comes here it's always an issue. I will not come to this one again. There's no communication employees are to busy on trying to do things correctly and focus on the customer that's in front of them. They never know when their parts truck come in. Horrible service.
