The selection is decent but on several occasions I’ve asked what kind of base metal/plating is on the product and they never know…which is a huge problem. The staff is also not the friendliest and outright rude sometimes.

Great selection of beads and prices are very reasonable. Folks working are friendly, but do ask that you leave your backpack with them at times, or ask that you zip your purse. It can seem a little off-putting, but shoplifting in local shops in Carytown is def an issue.

We stopped in with our kids while on vacation and spent a long while shopping beads and gaining inspiration for new creations. There was a young woman working whose name began w a C. She was the true "gem" of the shop. She helped us out a bunch and was so sweet to our boys.
