“I needed a specific small part(c-clip) for my rear axle shaft I was replacing and was driving all over town looking for it! NAPA was sadly disappointing to check since it was my usual go to place but the associate there gave me attitude and told me that part wasn’t going to be sold anywhere except online.. I was about to give up but decided to check O’Reilly auto parts since it was on the way home. Jacob was the associate that helped me and did such an amazing job to where I had to take time to leave a review! He took the time to look and not only found the part for me, he even went the extra mile to give me all the information I would need to keep up maintenance for my truck! “I was very pleased with the place I went there to replace a battery in a watch I had and the gentleman that waited on me explain to me that the battery would be $18 versus you could pay $23 for Lifetime battery for the watch just come in and give your phone number and you get a free watch and with the way the prices are going up it's worth it he was extremely helpful”
