“Ethan Levy is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very thorough as a technician and his customer service is spot on. He is very detail oriented and he serviced my car both times as if he was working on his own vehicle. He is proactive in his service and work to solve problems in addition to getting the job done. I had a very large nail in one of the four tires that I purchased from them. Upon his inspection of the tire, he suggested that a tire be ordered just in case the repair was not possible. The nail head was larger than the nail itself, so he was able to repair the tire. He even took the time to show me the nail. My tires are covered under warranty so even if it had to be replaced, it would have been no charge. I am very impressed with his work, his genuine customer service and his professionalism.”
“Johnny hooked it up! Needed rust spots fixed on my hood & rear hatch, plus a dent pulled out of my bumper. Johnny, true to his name, was less than half the cost quoted by both Dorn’s and Caliber. He only charged me for the hood and hatch, painted the bumper he fixed on his own, and buffed my headlights. Incredible value. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Although the repairs on my vehicle are not complete yet, my experience here so far has been excellent. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the team handling my vehicle—has been incredibly helpful and has taken the time to explain each step clearly.
I especially want to thank the front desk staff member who has helped me each time I’ve visited. I wish I had asked for her name, but I didn’t get a chance. She is usually seated on the left side of the front desk from the customer’s perspective, and she was the person who helped me sign the paperwork for my vehicle today. She has always been incredibly kind, patient, and thorough when explaining everything to me, and I truly appreciate all of her help.
As an immigrant, dealing with a car accident in the U.S. can honestly feel overwhelming, especially when you are unfamiliar with how the insurance and collision repair process works. “I had a wonderful experience with Thomas “Va” at Richmond BMW. As a newer BMW owner, I had several questions about the maintenance and service schedule for my X5, and Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly.
He reviewed my service, explained how BMW’s maintenance system works, and went over my tires and how they are wearing. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and made sure I understood what I need to know going forward.

“Great price, quick service. After the back window of my SUV exploded in my face at 7pm on a Friday, I put in a few calls for quotes with several car glass companies. Most had 2 week+ waits for appointments. When I called RVAGlass, his price was on the lower end of the quotes I’d gotten and he said he could come Monday morning. That was by far quicker than any other quote, so I took it. He texted a few minutes later saying he actually could come the very next day, a Saturday. I had new back glass in my vehicle, ready to drive, by 6pm Saturday. He was professional and friendly, and prevented me from being stuck all week with no transportation.”
