Bon Air Community Association is a great place for gatherings and events, from small wedding receptions to community fun. It features a very fun pool area with three pools: a baby pool, a big pool with a diving board, and a medium pool with a water slide. The location offers plenty of parking and an awesome layout. The pool and bathrooms are generally kept clean, though general upkeep could use some help at times. The staff is helping, friendly, and very accommodating with reasonable rates. It is a good, well-behaved community, though the area is not stroller-friendly due to many stairs.

Fabulous venue if you want to provide your own food and drinks! Upstairs venue has the largest dance floor in central VA! Lower level, while not “fancy” is perfect for smaller gatherings! AND(!), VERY REASONABLY PRICED!!

This is an awesome pool for family and for people who like to do laps. The tennis community is super friendly and we have a really good time
