The process of replacing a 20-year-old gas insert took a little time. But the final product definitely looks great and increases the value of our home. Small hick-up, but their service department handled it over the phone promptly.

Macon was a great help over the phone picking out birch gas logs to replace the horrible fiber logs provided by builder 21 yrs ago. Were installed today by Robert, such a nice, friendly and competent service man. A++ Rating for us. Thanks

Purchased a defective log insert and the owner of the company was uncooperative in trying to resolve the situation. I would go to another company as customer service is important to me.

My wife and I are building a home and were in the need of a fireplace. Macon Richardson and the entire staff were very helpful up front. They really stepped it up when we were going for finals and the plumber messed something up. they came to our house multiple times and were always so polite and responsive. It is really unusual to get this kind of response today. It was a pleasure working with them and my wife and I are huge fans and will recommend Bon Air Hearth, Porch and Patio to everyone we know that is in the market for anything they offer.

The Bon Air Team is always on time and on target and going the extra mile to work with the customer, assist with questions, and ensure the project gets done right. Service calls are also a real pleasure as you know going in to it that the job will be done right, and the price will be fair.

We went to Bon Air Hearth, Porch & Patio to compare prices for a replacement open log fireplace kit. Our system was old, and I wasn't sure that it was repairable. The salesman Terry showed us options for various open log kits and price ranges. When I described our system to him, he recommended that I call a repair person to see if it was repairable for about 1/5 the cost of a new system. Although we haven't determined it our old system is repairable or not, I want to point out that Terry was not at all the typical high-pressure salesman and suggested what could be a substantial savings. Just thought I'd share our positive experience.
