Customers appreciate the professional and helpful staff, who provide great energy and assistance. Staff members, such as those at the Glen Allen branch and the front desk, are great at working out problems and making customers' days. Mostly with Schwab's handling of Think or Swim.. Was perfectly working under TDA for years... now its so messed up I cant even get to download properly.. They should have left it alone I am looking at Fidelity...sorry to say

I had a problem (totally my fault) regarding stock I had attempted to transfer as Christmas gifts to our grandkids. To make a long story short, Susan at the Glen Allen branch was great working things out...and she even called me after hours. She's A+ in my book.
