This bank kept me waiting for over 20 minutes just to see a banker I was the only one there and after that I still haven't been seen about my account.

The worse place with customer service, knowledge of there jobs and just overall horrible experience with this company.

This is not pertaining to Employees, but the call center wait time. Every time you call expect to be on the phone for 30 minutes before you can talk to a live agent.
