“The workers seem to be professional. There really wasn't any issues getting a loan. It seem like it took forever to pay the loan off though. That's only because they allow you to take out whatever credit you have on your account which is good if you need to pay for something unexpected. Who knows maybe you need gas before pay day. Now the parking isn't the best.”

“I usually stop in in the evening for a beer and A Snack and the Staff is very warm and welcoming. 1 avoid the two gas Stations close by because they are just too unpleasant. the rite aid IS My only go to spot in Manchester when I need something quick.”

“This is a typical Walgreens. The staff was friendly and helpful on our visit. Most items were in stock and we got what we needed--mostly personal care items and OTC drugs. A few drink items were either sold out or not adequately stocked cause some shelves were empty. There were a few sketchy people out front both when we entered and new ones when we exited. They may have been homeless. This place it worth a shot if u need a drug store or convenience store. If they do not have what u want, a CVS is located near by.”

“It maybe not be the best looking supermarket it could use a remodel but that's besides the point. Anyway anything you're looking for they have it. The food that you can't find in those big neighborhood grocery stores you'll find it at The Big Apple. A variety of fruits, vegetables, fresh seafood and the meats are some what reasonable priced. I don't go there that much because it's not too close to my house. I do recommend them tho.”

“This is the only gas station I come to in Varina. They have a subway located inside. The cashiers are always friendly and the gas price is reasonable. They usually have a good deal on energy drinks and snacks.”

“If you follow my posts at all, you know that I love to eat at restaurants. I also love to cook some of the meals that I eat at the restaurants at home. To do that, you often need to go to specialized markets. Oaxaca is sort of one of those. It's a cross between a bodega and a Latin market that is talked in a nondescript side street in the fan of Richmond. The owners are wonderful people who will take the time to show you the different products that they have an answer your questions. It is not the largest Latin market I've ever been to, but it had a lot of really good stuff including many of the hard to find spices and dried peppers that go with Latin food. Any chance that we have to support local businesses, we should do so going to this market is a good choice if you live in the Richmond area.”

“Typically would have given this store 1 star. Its always filthy and the staff was less than helpful. Yesterdays experience was a complete reversal. The store was clean, I wasn't swatting at flies in the produce section or sticking to the floors. I needed some veal ground, for meatballs and cutlets for my sauce. Id veen to 3 different stores and they had bison and elk but no friggin veal. You need this to make a proper sauce. A very helpful associate in the meat department (the kid knew his department) while talking with another associate, came out from behind the counter and guided me to the frozen section where, holy crap there's veal! I typically shop at Mariano's, Fresh Market or get my stuff delivered from the actual farm. Didn't even click in my brain to look in the freezer section, I always just go to the meat counter and pick up what I need. Yesterday this Kroger got an A. Keep it up, this store needs to turn around and maintain that as your standard. The only reason (IMHO) its profitable is because its really all that we have on this side. 3 grocery stores.”

“Starting this out to say- food lion is not my go to grocery. They are the most conveniently located one to my apartment. That said, don't expect a large selection of vegetarian or vegan foods unless you are buying staples (canned or dry beans, veggies, fruit, grains) Usually I pop in here when I forgot an ingredient for baking or just need an additional item without the hassle of Kroger. The checkout is always fast moving and the employees have always been friendly. I give them five stars because they always keep up with my expectations, quick, staples are always available and the employees are always friendly.”

“Nice helpful staff. A customer ahead of me had no insurance cards, etc. and were rude to staff who could not process their prescription right away. The pharmacist was nice throughout the process and tried to help the customer keeping the person from making a scene.”

“If you need to get a loan to get you through a rough patch this is the place to go. I used their other location but once that one closed I had no choice but to come to this one. They are a wonderful group of people who work at this location. I haven't had any problems the times I've had to go in. Sometimes you're in and out pretty quickly depending on the time you go there.”

“I was craving for Pupusas and haven't had it in like a year. Decided to bring my Brit friend and her hubby cause she's never had a pupusa before. Their Pupusas were great especially the one with Jalapeño! and surprisingly, my friend ended up liking it. It's good to have open-minded friends who are down to earth. Also, the servers barely spoke English, but they were friendly. Will definitely come back again for their tacos.”
