“This was my first of I expect many times that I take advantage of 2000 Net Computers. I recently ran into a situation that I did not have the skill set, no matter how easy they make it appear on YouTube. Mike first was very kind and thorough in looking over what I had and explaining what he was going to do in putting my dream pc together. I have been to other places and in many cases they lacked the expertise and the problem was not addressed but simply to reinstall Windows. That was the past as I have found who is at an expert knowledge when it comes to building PCs, but also is patient and kind. Oh the prices are fair. I have a beautiful system now, yes maybe to powerful for what I need (I'm not a gamer) but when I turn the power on I swear it purrs. Very happy of finding such a professional.”

“Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”
“I have done business with Computer World since 2011. Jerome and Justin are friendly and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. On 5/21 I purchased one of their refurbished computers. I asked Justin to upgrade the hard drive to 1TB. Justin only charged for parts. Justin also performed recovery on my old computer which had crashed and recovered all info from the hard drive. He transferred my data to the refurbished computer for no charge. Hard to beat service like that. Impressive.”
