The WORST CVS Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The pharmacy team is incredibly rude, you wait in line for 30+ minutes, and they truly have no idea what they are doing. My tiny dog is dying of heart failure and needs meds to keep her alive. One is a cough suppresant (tiny dose for a tiny dog). They denied that they accepted a hand written vet Rx prior to the hand written refill Rx I came in with. They refused to fill it as it wasn't an e-script. Treated me like a drug addict when I asked for one tablet to hold her over until the end of the weekend. Again, they filled my dogs prescription which was hand written last time. This pharmacy clearly doesnt follow laws then. If my dog dies, its on their hands.

This pharmacy always has long lines, consistently gets my monthly prescription wrong either with running it through the insurance or filling it on time, and unhelpful employees at the pharmacy.

I’ve been to this location a few times and even though I’m sure CVS corporate could be hiring more staff to help the employees who do work there, the pharmacy staff I have spoken with at this location were so kind and helpful

There’s an employee who is painfully slow! He talks to much and seems to not know how to use the equipment. The other employees seem to operate under a “not my problem” situation. Please hire better employees

If I could give 0 starts I would. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS.
I waited over 30 minutes with my bf for his prescription. The lady didn’t ask for insurance & we were about to be charged full price for our prescription. After we told them we had insurance, they told us to see the other cashier available to apply our insurance. After applying our insurance, we waited for our new prescription label to print out & an even bigger line had formed. The person “assisting” us told us to get to the back of the line to check out when we were already at the point of checking out. If we were to get back in line, we would have waited for over an hour. The person helping us at that point went to the back to laugh at what happened with another worker. The audacity must have been 50% off because they definitely had some. The store overall is just bad vibes.

I’ve had good experiences at this pharmacy so far. The pharm tech I spoke to gave me some good advice on discounts and auto refills for my prescriptions, they were very nice and accommodating. Based on the other reviews I’m guessing they’re new because I had no issues whatsoever.

Let me preface this review by saying the store staff are AWESOME! When I thought the pharmacy experience could get any worse...it got worse. The pharmacy was supposed to open at 10am (Saturday hours) and it's now 10:49 with no pharmacist in sight. And no explanation other than that the pharmacist on duty was a floater and forgot to come. Now waiting for another pharmacist to arrive. If I didn't have to pick up life saving meds for someone in my family I'd leave. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague!!!

Check your prescriptions’ expiration date before leaving this pharmacy!! We didn’t realize until we were home that I was sold a $600 EpiPen for my toddler that was only able to be used for a few months. I called the pharmacy at 9:55am on Friday, 3/22 and was told by a staff member (whom I heard consult with a
pharmacist in the background) that they didn’t have any other packs with a longer shelf life, and I could return the EpiPen for a refund (although the store was unable to help me locate another location that had a prescription with a later expiration date). After waiting in a 30min line to return the EpiPen (AS INSTRUCTED), I was told no one at the pharmacy would have told me the prescription could be returned, and because I didn’t know the name of the pharmacist the staff member had spoken with, they couldn’t accept the prescription. I was told as long as the prescription doesn’t expire for 60 days it can be sold at full price. As many other reviews note, the staff was incredibly rude. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, we’ll be moving all of our prescriptions. They literally said “since you don’t know the name of the person you CLAIM you spoke with, there’s nothing we can do”. Having to pay full price for another EpiPen in two months is criminal.
