I was greeted by the cashier as I walked in, and after a short wait in the pharmacy line, one person, a very professional tech got straight to business - I was in and out in less than five minutes. The pharmacist and another technician were busy in the back like they were expecting a crowd soon. The same cashier wished me well on the way out. About half of the reviews I read on here were negative but I think it’s a matter of timing, people. This store is open 24 hours a day. If you expect to pop in and have a great experience at 11am Saturday morning or 5:45pm Thursday afternoon, you’re the problem. Unless it’s an emergency - space it out. I was considerate and came in off peak hours, at 4:30am, Saturday morning, and everything flowed the way it should. Be kind and thoughtful to the people that serve you and you’ll probably have a better experience. Thank you.

Very unprofessional, very rude, you will spend 30 minutes waiting to be talked to in a condescending manner by a so called customer serve who probably skipped over the customer service training. Do not recommend!

I was trying to beat the rain while dropping my package and I had a I had a 21x16x13 inch 14lb box that they refused to take, claiming they had no space. I asked what max size packages they would take, and they pointed to a top shelf at the front, claiming that was their only UPS spot, and that it had to fit up there. Box would have easily fit on the top shelf they pointed at, but I didn’t want to argue with them. They told me to go to Michaels. I have taken boxes of this exact size there before. This worker just didn’t want to deal with it. Don’t waste your time with these people, just go straight to Michaels.

these complete and utter retards are too lazy and incompetent to answer the phone so they’ve completely automated their phone service. i worked at another cvs location for 2 years, and know that the only reason this is the case is because they’re lazy. bottom line. the location and surrounding “community” is telling of their incompetency so this comes at no surprise, but should be criticized nonetheless.

I have dealt with this location on laburnum for many years and I have always had great service with this location I would recommend this store to any friends if I had any.

If only I could give this no stars. I don’t go out my way to write reviews but today I am . This is RIDICULOUS that I’ve been sitting on hold to speak with someone since leaving home and driving here . Not only have I been on the phone waiting for 30 minutes I’ve been in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes . I mean I went inside the line in the front was long aswell as the back line with A BUNCH of workers standing around or just talking . Not sure if this is a place where workers aren’t working or if they just work on their own time or how It worked but I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE . I mean it’s ridiculous I’m making It to the window at the drive thru BEFORE ANYONE ANSWERS THE PHONE . I could’ve contacted my insurance in the time waiting if someone would’ve answered the phone . This is terrible .

I just needed to change my insurance information for my prescriptions. The Pharmacy had blinds pulled down. Apparently they were closed for lunch. There was already a line of people waiting for help when they re-opened. This Pharmacy needs help!! There is always a line, and always people calling and being put on hold. I've personally heard up to 8 calls waiting for help. If you go, just know you will wait.
