The customer service here is horrible. Every time I come in here employees will look in my face and not greet me. Both ladies were on the phone with ear buds and making jokes to one another . I literally dread coming to this store and just have committed to driving 1.5 to another express store.

Update: My issue still isn’t resolved and this occurred on 3/29.
The customer service at this location needs improvement and they need a plan implemented on how to handle transactions when their computer/register goes down. I went to this store on 3/29 to check on a pick up order I placed at 12pm that day and per their policy, orders placed prior to 3pm will be honored. I ordered the items because I needed them for a event the next day. Therefore due to the urgency, I went to the store. When I arrived they said they did not see my order. Then after waiting for them to find it in their system, they said it just came through. I sent it at noon. Express said they are having technical difficulties and my order will have to be canceled and I will have to shop the items myself. I thought it was rude and unprofessional but I did it. After finding all of the items that I wanted, I went to the register, paid for the items, requested a printed receipt. When the associate went to print on her end the computer/register froze up therefore they couldn’t print my receipt and therefore the transaction did not go through even though on my end it showed approved. I used Klarna to make this payment and it also went through on Klarna’s end. The associate rebooted the computer/register and once the computer came back up, she searched for my transaction and couldn’t find it to print the receipt. I was told the transaction didn’t go through and that I will have to purchase the items all over again. At that time, I reached out to klarna while I was in the store to rectify the situation, but they had to do an investigation and there was nothing they could do at that time. So I purchased the items again for basically the 3rd time. A few weeks later aafter speaking with Klarna multiple times and Express CustomerService, I called the Express Short Pump store and they said there’s nothing they can do. They were very nonchalant and brushed it off. I felt there should’ve been more of a sense of urgency to help me, but I think they don’t have a policy in place for situations like this and that’s a serious issue. Customers shouldn't have to have the experience I had. This could’ve been avoided. I would definitely try to avoid shopping at this location.

I love the clothes but this location is a disaster. There’s no organization. Clothes were all over the floor and hanging off the hangers. Some of the racks were so packed that you couldn’t even pull an item out.No one is watching the register and I stood there for several minutes before someone came to help, no apology or greeting. One girl was polite enough and the other was crazy rude. I will stick to shopping online from now on, I wish I had taken photos of the mess.

Absolutely worst customer service.. the store is a complete disaster! Employees are extremely rude.. and disrespectful to each other in front of customers.. WONT BE BACK!

Needed new pants for my son's gray homecoming suit since he outgrew them. Gray was not in stock in the store, any surrounding stores, or online. Manager, Taylor Hall, did an exceptional job working with us and fitting my son for different options. Was about to purchase a new navy-colored suit when we thought to get a picture of his date's dress to make sure the color would be good. The dress was royal blue so navy was a no-go. Ultimately ended up with a new black suit at a very fair sale price. Thank you Taylor for your assistance!

I came into this location to either return or exchange a few pairs of pants I’d ordered online. The associate proceeds to tell me the items I purchased were on clearance, meaning they were final sale. I was a bit confused because nowhere online did it indicate (and it still doesn’t) any of my items were clearance/final sale and as a matter of fact, it let me know I could return ANY of the items I purchased within 60 days! Conveniently, the only item I could return was the one I’d already started the return process for online. I did the same return process for the rest of the items and dropped them off at UPS instead, paying for the shipping. Won’t be coming back to this store.

Ordered a dress from Express and when I used the app, they tried to send the transaction through 4 times on my debit card, thus causing my card to reject due to fraud. I finally placed an order with my credit card on November 27th and got an email stating that my order was accepted. On December 5th I received an email saying that my order was canceled. This is not the first time that I have had these issues with Express. Very poor customer service.

I found a lot of great clothes on sale (through the mess I might add) but I watched the employees be childish and rude to several other guests. Leaving this review in hopes that management might do some cultural training with staff.

I visited here and found a dress that I loved but wasn’t my size. I asked the customer service associate if she could check at another store for my size. She was so kind and helpful. She found me one in my size and arranged for me to pick it up. Thank you, Zoey! Fabulous customer service. Very personable and professional.
