“My PCP and his Nurse are great. They take the time talk/acquainted/caught up with you. The front end staff is amazing. However, the business model I do not like. I do the early check-in through my email, yet I still have to answer the same questions I answered for check-in. I got extremely upset when I check in for labs the week prior and verify everything. Then this visit I’m asked “Do you wish to add an emergency contact?” WHAT?!?!?! Some how my wife was no longer listed as an emergency contact. Whoever the manager is needs to streamline this process and make sure emergency contacts are not removed. Being a patient for over 20yrs, I have been asked to add an emergency contact once.I cannot in good conscience give a lower rating because of something out of the front staffs control. No matter how upset I was.”

“I have been going to Dr. Hoffman since 1994. Yes 1994 and I think he is great. When I changed my insurance a few years ago he wasn't on their list yes I fought to get him on there and after a year they did get him on my Insurance. Trying to get a new Doctor I like was horrible. It was hard finding someone I trusted. Dr. Hoffman is very compassionate and concerned about you as a person. I do no us old people like him, he speak our language.”
“Needed some stitches and Natalie provided great care and did a great job lining up the cut at my lip. Time to wait was not bad considering a lot of people were there to be helped. The check in was quick.”
