I have used these folks for years, and watched them slowly descend into complete ineptitude. Today I was shocked that they didn’t know how to replace toner…..they are a print shop!!!!
A few years ago they had a great staff, but since COVID they have untrained people working. They seem yo have less business, too.
The final product was actually really good, but I waited over 25 minutes for something that should’ve taken 2 to 5 minutes.
The woman working there has a really sweet personality, however, is she does need some training in some basic customer service because with her personality, she could have made that situation so much better I think.
But I basically felt like I was in their way

If I could give 0 stars I would. ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service from NANNETTE . Walked in although there are at least 2 people behind the counter, no one acknowledged a customer walked in, much less offered to help. As I was asking for the cheapest shipping option, the lady seemed irritated I asked her to do her job. After asking me the destination, she was flabbergasted I talked any quicker than a 2 year old child. After having the repeat myself slowly many times, the destination was correct on my receipt. Many grunts and sighs later, transaction is complete and I requested her name. She was more than shocked when I advised her I had a terrible interaction. If you don’t want to service the customer, don’t work in customer service. Don’t waste your time, visit another location or go to UPS.

Terrible Service. They all take their time and have no sense of urgency. Rude and lazy workers. A line formed and the entire staff continued working at an even slower pace. Unprofessional branch of FedEx. Dont come here if you want your packages shipped on time. Waste of time.

Terrible service. Staff moves incredibly slow with no sense of urgency. Location has also been closed on random occasions with no explanation.

Sent a item that weighed exactly 1.8 pounds only to get charged for a 17 pound item. A sleeping bag doesn't weigh 17 pounds unless your adding extra weight to the scale. Shameful.

Fred assisted me in printing today. As he approached I said hello- he was silent in response. After he printed what I wanted he added a $17.00 charge because he assisted me. I asked for more info and he said if I printed it myself he wouldn’t have added the fee. I told him I was given no options nor told I could even do it myself. This is for a 2x3ft print job and there are ZERO signs or ANYTHING telling customers about the fee, how to use the printer, or anything. He said the next time I come in I to remind him and he’ll take care of me.

Uploaded an order to print copies of a flyer to help my friend find her lost dog. I called and talked to Fred. He was able to rush the order and was so nice. So very helpful in a difficult time. Thanks Fred!

Went there at 6:45 today and doors were locked and no one was there. Even though posted hours are until 7pm.

I left a review a couple weeks ago, and I guess they didn’t agree with my experience because it was either deleted or somehow disappeared. Yes, it was negative because my experience was negative and treatment was atrocious. Employee was rude, obnoxious, and when a card wouldn’t go through and my friend looked at me and said my card works, the employee yelled at her, “well, it doesn’t work here” no one was speaking to her, we were talking quietly to each other because she had already announced to the place the card wasn’t accepted, when I got my card from the car and used it, she just threw the receipt my general direction and moved on to the next person. The original had the rest of the story.
