The mechanics were supposed to change the car's lights. They even put in the itemized bill that they did a free light check. The lights are still out. They were so busy trying to upsell that they forgot about customer service. I am unhappy with this service and hope this store can improve. No one has time to continue going back and forth to correct mistakes that were made by the mechanics. The issue that remains in my mind is if they lied about checking the lights, what else did they lie about? How do I know if they topped up the brake fluid? I won't until my car doesn't stop. I hope this review is taken seriously.

The worst store ever
took my car there to get a tire they did what they wanted not what I asked and when I came back, they fix it back to what I ask in first place but now I’m having a light on about my tire right after they “fix it”
I usually use Firestone for my cars but this have make me think about it

Firestone should be ashamed of themselves charging 172.00 to diagnose my vehicle. They wanted to charge 220.(50. extra) but I declined because I know a “Service tire monitor system” light meant a sensor. James was very rude when I called on a couple of occasions to check the progress of my diagnostics. Whatever happened to good customer service? The part that really gets me is that if they do the work, they don’t deduct the price for finding out whats wrong from the total. Don’t you have to find out whats wrong in order to fix the problem anyway.They wasnt able to fix the problem but they did offer to sell me new tires. Why on earth would I worry about new tires on a car thats barely running. Firestone is not the Go-To repair shop they once were.

The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Sam K. However the wait times are very very long and appointment times don’t do much good.

The place was clean. The people were nice and everything was explained to me and the guy even showed me the bulb that was replaced. Car is running great.

Recently got a compressor on my car now engine oil low add oil keeps coming up on my dash. The oil level is fine manager brush me off. I never had this issue in the 8.5 years I've had this vehicle. He didn't even offer me to get the mechanic who serviced my car to overlook his work. VERY UNPROFESSIÓNAL. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

This location has terrible customer service. I dropped by mid-afternoon for an inspection and was told to leave my car and "hopefully" they can get to it before the end of the next day. When I tried to call to make an appointment I was told to come in, no ETA, got the same "oh well" attitude and was told to go somewhere else.
I will. For all my car and tire needs. Y'all are clearly overworked and taking it out on the customer. I'm just trying to get my car inspected and I do not have an option to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time. Get some more people here and get some training in customer service.
