Went to the Regency Square drop off location today, 6/14 , and the guy was nasty and rude. I was dropping off high quality, and downright disgusting behavior. I'll find another place to give my FREE items too!

I told the cashiers this may be the best thrift store I’ve ever been to. Great prices, constantly rolling out good new stuff. Everything was organized wonderfully. I live in NC but would come back!

I guess it’s okay if you’re looking for mostly women’s clothes but if you’re a dude looking for sporting goods, video games, toys, physical media etc there’s absolutely nothing to be found. I have donated recently and the employees who were working taking donations were very nice and professional but they obviously ship donations elsewhere if it isn’t clothing or housewares (even that section is slim pickings) considering this is our local Goodwill it is a bummer because what’s the point of donating if I can’t even go in and buy items that are similar? I would rather donate and shop somewhere else

Visiting a friend in town and I needed a jacket. I didn’t realize it’s still chilly in April in VA. I found a great lightly used jacket that was 50% off! Great success! Selection was decent and friendly staff. I also found a board game in never been used condition.

Not enough selections. Honestly too small to be a GOOD goodwill.

I newly relocated to the are a and took an Uber to the location today which says they are open until 5:30 however when I arrived at 4:49 the doors were closed and I was informed by the donations team they were not open to the public on Sundays despite what the site indicates. Needless to say I was greatly disappointed…

I would give 5 Stars as far as a the quality of clothes that this place has (not all of it, also im betting on which side of town you go to) is phenomenonal, I was impressed when i did my court ordered community service. Also, the few paid workers i met there were nice and seemed to care about the customers. Not like a McDonald's where your business is a burden to the employees. People drop off nice clothes. They charge a little more than expected for some items, considering the people who were dropping it off were trying to support the community, not make goodwill Board Members rich. The stuff is donated, not sold to them, and the majority of the staff is C.S.W. Community service workers ordered by a judge to be there, they aren't there because they have fun sorting one persons trash to make another persons treasure.

One of the good locations. I alwaysss find good items here especially shoes. Their shoe selection is why this is my go to location. They also have a good selection of household items...some of these items can be a bit pricey but I just leave those on the shelf ? and only pick up what is reasonably priced. Staff is always polite as well. Thanks for doing a great job!

This location has horrible customer service. We stood in line and finally another cashier came out to only allow a women cut line because the first cashier was friends with the customer. She literally walked up to the register while 10 other people were standing in line. Please let your employees know most people shop Goodwill to give back to the community and help them and other out. Most people do not have to shop a second hand store. So, teach your staff some humility and some integrity because we can always give our money to get the same items new to a different place. Do not shop at this location. This location needs to stand by all the words you have printed on your walls when it comes to customer service.

The people who “work” here are RUDE. Someone basically chased me out of the store on Monday right before closing and had the worst attitude. It’s also a very small store so you aren’t missing anything if you skip this location.
Do better.

Very well organized. Clothes and knick knacks organized by color.

They "lost: the item I won in the online auction. How unorganized can you be? I believe that someone there wanted it and took it or they relisted the item..
I had to contact them to find out why they weren't shipping the item yet. They were content to keep my money until I asked.
They refunded me but that isn't the point. I bid because I wanted that item.

Very unprofessional, It is raining and cold outside. If you want to close early I totally understand but at least have the decency to let somebody know. The older gentleman look at us three times and did not say a word. So finally, the lady that has been standing in the cold rain knocked on the window and finally the older gentleman shook his head no. He closed the store twenty minutes early. I will not return here or recommend anyone to come here because of the lack of communication and the poor customer service skills. There are plenty more goodwill stores that would love to have your service.

Very cluttered, has a funny smell. Nothing I wanted out of there. It was not bad, but also not into it.

I think Goodwill has lost sight of its mission statement. I work as an employment advocate for an individual with disabilities. I helped her apply for a job with Goodwill at a specific location that had open positions. A few days later, Goodwill's Kerri S. contacted this individual and set her up for an interview at Goodwill's Colonial Heights location. When the interview date came, I drove my client to the Colonial Heights Goodwill only for the young lady to come back to my car ten minutes later in tears. Apparently, the manager at the Colonial Heights Goodwill had no clue who my client was and told her that he has no record of an interview. Sadly she was turned away. This one strike one for Kerri S. at Goodwill. Strike two came when I helped my client apply for another Goodwill, and guess what...Kerri S. calls her again, confirms the position is for Retail Associate Customer Service. By the end of this call, Kerri S. tells my client to go to a Goodwill location off of Hull Street for an interview for a Donation Attendant position. When my client tried to correct her and say that she applied for a Retail Customer service position at the location off of Midlothian Tnpk, Kerri S. proceeds to berate my client and tell her that she was wrong. It is so sad and disgraceful that Goodwill has become so money hungry and disregarding of the vulnerable population they claim to serve. Goodwill needs to lose its nonprofit standing as they do not act nor operate like a nonprofit!
