Clean and fun for what we went for. We went during the Jurassic quest event that was in town and everything was clean and everyone was nice and helpful due to how big the building is we got lost once but with a person at almost every corner to help we were lost for long.

Looking for parking was a pain. Plenty of parking garages some were open some some was closed but otherwise it's noce

A wonderful convention center in the heart of downtown Richmond. The staff and teams around the Convention Center took wonderful care of my team and attendees for our conference. Highly recommend considering Richmond for your next event
