I will start with expressing my respect and appreciation for the knowledgeable sales consultant. She informed us of the dealership’s vehicle hold policy is only activated if a potential buyer complete a Finance Application from Haley Buick GMC Airport. I have a beacon credit score of well over 800. In my situation, this policy created customer abrasion & a very unpleasant buying experience because I chose to finance with my chosen financial institution. Too many avoidable issues occurred in my experience with this dealer to detail here. I do business with my preferred financial institution because they always treat me with respect and always create a very pleasant positive customer experience. A LESSON THAT HALEY BUICK GMC AIRPORT SHOULD LEARN. Currently, the auto loan interest rates are horrible for all potential buyers at any and all financial institutions, whether you have excellent credit or not. Plus, the current new vehicle inventories at most dealerships are very limited for various reasons. Therefore, in my opinion, dealerships really only have two (2) things they can currently offer a potential buyer1. Vehicle availability on the lot2. Respect that lead to a favorable, pleasant customer experienceIn conclusion, all I can give is my recommendation to Haley Buick GMC Airport to re-evaluate your no vehicle hold policy for future potential buyers who show interest in purchasing a vehicle from you and have shown proof of actively securing financing of their choice, even if it’s only a 24 hour business day hold. This would eliminate the customer abrasion and terrible overall buying experience I had with your dealership. Unfortunately, the sales management and finance department at Haley Buick GMC Airport truncated the positive experience my son and I had with your knowledgeable and respectful sales consultant, Mrs. Janet Pineman. She did a superb job but the dealership did a horrible job and for that reason, I will not be referring anyone I know to Haley Buick GMC Airport.Ms. ITJ

Janet was exceptional!! Her knowledge, experience, and personality made the shopping and buying process a breeze (and a little fun)! Michael was extraordinary!!! Janet Pineman took great care of me. She answered every question I had, was honest and fair. I looked at 3 other dealers for nearly the same vehicle, and Haley had a fair price upfront. KP was also also of the nicest finance guys I ever dealt with, fair, not a lot of bull, and made the experience even better with his straight talk.

Janet Pineman was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the GMC Sierra I was interested in buying was impressive, knew all the bells and whistles, and made it a sure thing that I was buying this truck. As well, the sales manager, KP, was professional and straightforward. He and I were able to hammer out the details of the purchase in just a few minutes. He was honest and gained my trust immediately. I could not be more pleased with my first experience with Haley Auto. I will absolutely be back when it is time to get a new truck for my wife.

Wait time was lengthy for oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 3 hours. Was happy they took me and picked me up from gym while they worked on it but 2 1/2 to 3 hours still a bit long in my opinion

We had the best buying experience yet purchasing our Sierra AT4. Our salesman, Ray, was awesome. No pressure...Just helpful and treated us like family. Great communication thru the whole process. This is not your normal high pressure, high add on fee car dealership. Will definately be back for another vehicle when the time is right. .

I've brought cars at other dealerships this has been the most calming experience! I appreciate the atmosphere and service I was provided and reassurance given especially buying a used vehicle. I needed brakes and the service from them was smooth and efficient.I was definitely pleasantly surprised. Thanks Haley on Laburnum.

My experience at Haley Buick GMC Airport was great. Everyone was just so friendly. Soon as I walk through the front door the lady at the desk greeted me with a smile and help content me with the person I was looking for. My salesman Dean did a great job helping me find what I wanted. Michael explained every in detail during the final step of purchasing my Buick Envision. I would recommend Haley Buick GMC Airport to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We had the nicest experience possible at a car dealership. They had a car we were interested in and the price was right. Our sales person (Ray) was knowledgeable, polite, and personable. He was NOT pushy or demanding. The day we looked at the car we weren't quite ready to make a purchase - we wanted to look at some other models. The Sales Mgr (Bill) was great and not the least bit "pushy". We decided to return to the dealership the next day to make our purchase. The transaction and process was quick and smooth. I highly recommend this dealership!

Just purchased a 2023 GMC Canyon AT4 from this Dealership. Janet Pineman went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Since I flew in from Miami and drove it home this was a bit more complicated transaction but everything was flawless. They had my Temp Tags ready to go too!If you need a new vehicle, this is the dealership to buy from!

First contact was a phone call. Person that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment never asked what I needed an appointment for and just made it for an oil change. When I dropped service advisor was nice and polite. As far as the actual service, it is a little disheartening to be told that the technician heard the noise that you talked about but couldn't find the problem but give us $50 and bring is back if it gets worse. My thought is why bring back and pay another $50 and hope you find it next time. Will definitely go somewhere else next time.

I ordered a 2024 GMC 3500 Denali DRW from Janet Pineman. The entire process took 92 days from order to delivery. Everything went pretty close to the way she said it would on day one. Janet kept me informed at least once a week (if not more) throughout the entire process. Never once during the whole ordeal did she ever make me feel that I couldn't trust her. ( A rarity in car sales)I purposely went to this dealership because of their reputation of NOT pushing "market adjustments".The overall buying experience for me went very well and I would highly recommend family/friends to shop there as well.

This was the fastest and easiest transaction that I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. My salesman Steven Dixon also was a key element to beautiful transaction I couldn’t have done it without you guys ! KP and financial team was great! Which includes Michael that got all the paperwork straight for me and made it very very easy! I will but and vehicle in about 6 months! Thanx again!
