Hey man I dropped in here from out of town and just needed a quick workout. They were more than happy to let me in and were super friendly. Got to know Coach Powerchain and talked shop for a bit. From a former athlete who’s been in tons of gyms, this is the spot if you’re in the area.

This is my home away from home, my stress reliever and one of my favorite place to be. Iron Legend gym has that old school grid iron feel without the crowds. Clean, quiet and just what I always need. Tina is a beast and knows her stuff.
