Went to jcpennys with my mom to look for an outfit for her. Walked by the makeup department just to look and met the most pleasurable women ever . She was friendly and kind. She asked me if I needed anything and I didnt really but I loved her personality so much . I said sure id love if you help me with some foundation. She color matched me perfectly. Took her time with no hesitation and made me feel better than ever. Not to mention she knew her stuff. She also made sure to say hello to everyone who walked in and by the makeup area. I will never go anywhere else to get makeup again as long as Kwanza is there. By far the best experience ive ever had with buying makeup . Thank you so much for your kind willing heart . Keep shining and giving your best work and heart warming personality. I normally dont write reviews but she deserves the shout out!

I will always love JCP...
I really hope they open more stores.
They have the best Associates from any other retail store I've ever been in, and that's because they care about them! Kudos to you JCP.

P.s. this particular store in Richmond Va was absolutely awesome. Great selection of merchandise and wonderful Associates.

Walked in the store today was immediately greeted by associate and ask how can I help after finding what I needed proceeded to the counter that's when I met Robin :-) very helpful

This store is awful..the quality of the merchandise is super cheap..l had to do a return and eighteen people was in line and only two people working the registers.. AWFUL!!!!

This was the third time I have been to this particular JCPenney. It’s the only one close to. Some of the employees were nice and some weren’t. Some things do not have enough stock and other things are over stocked. I just go in to get what I want then leave. And I’m one of those people who likes to stay in a store for hours.

I had to post a big thank you to Jasmine and Jalen (apologies if spelled incorrectly) for making my trip to JCPenney worth the drive! You have two great employees, and I was impressed! They both greeted me at different points in the store and were quickly helpful. I'll be returning to the store soon. I've experienced order mishaps in the past few months. My interacting with you two restored some faith today. Thank you again!!!
