overall, it’s a really great store in a friendly nice employees. Very nice black man who works there who greets me every time I walk in, overall great store. only thing is that you guys advertise Wi-Fi on your doors but the Wi-Fi It doesn’t actually work. And it’s been like that from ever since I started going into the JCPenney for over a year now.

The children's department
was a huge disorganized mess.
I was shocked.
It's like no one is even trying.
I have never seen it like that very very sad.
Macys was even worse.
Come on guys at least attempt to organize it.
Please, I don't want to see this mall close.
Hopefully managent somewhere will see this review.
They need help.

6/11/2024-Came in to browse while at the mall on 6/3/2024. We were on vacation & I enjoy comparing what's at our local store vs other locations. I'm not sure if it's at our local store, but I found a "men's Hope & Wonder Juneteenth Freedom Tank Top" that was at a reasonable price. I found a coupon in the app, which made it an even better deal. Looking forward to wearing it!

Shopping for Easter attire, I decided to go to JCPenny where I found a few overpriced items. Non the less I will make it work. Ready to check out. I asked the man if he was open. Before paying for my items, he kept trying to get me to sign for credit. I declined. The man then balled up my to blouses and stuffed them in the bad like I just purchased two bags of chips. I spoke and asked so ya'll don't fold clothes anymore. He was like I don't need this today. Your criticizing me. Wow i forget my 60.00 purchase. They should not have him working with customers if he can't handle a simple request. Guess I should've shopped at Macy's instead.

I only shop here for my work shirts and pants. They always seem to have what I need or at times just randomly looking for. The associates that check me out are always polite and super helpful
