This is the worst Kroger I've ever been to. It's crowded. They don't know how to move the hand baskets from the self-checkout back to the front of the store, so I always make sure to go in the store backwards. Make sure to take a picture of everything as you're shopping because they don't honor any coupons unless you can prove it. And I hope you don't think that the app will actually reflect the coupons. Good luck getting someone who can help you on the first try at the self-checkout, which is all they have at this location. Don't get me started on the parking lot. If this store wasn't directly on my way home from work, I would never go here.

cases of water that are ~$3 in the east end kroger are double that price here. same with nearly everything in the store. only good thing about this place is the vegetarian selection, do better yall.

This store is the worse. It's always dirty,just recently took a big pack hamburger back cause it was spoiled. $10 Pack and told the gentleman who helped me. I guarantee none of those other packs of hamburger was taken off the shelf.

Kroger Lombardy is a mess on a good day. There are a bunch of people and no one seems to care about who they cut off or inconvenience. The self check out never works right and the place is understaffed

Bought sushi need something to put the soy sauce in like a disposable ramiken a nice employee has given me them before this guy wouldn't guess it's screw making the customers happy these days y'all just lost a customer hope it was worth the 5 cent ramiken

I've been coming to this location for the last two weeks to order custom cupcakes and was told to come back three days before the event. I showed up today as the event is this Saturday and I was told that they are booked. What the hell was the purpose of me showing up 3 days prior for y'all to be booked. It should have just been put in when I showed up the 1st few times!! Everybody aways seem to have an attitude. HORRIBLE!!!!

This Kroger SUCKS. I promise you they never have ANYTHING. Skip em and go to Aldi. This place is the worst grocery store I’ve ever been to. Frankly, I have no idea how it’s always so crowded because anytime I’m in store, all you hear are complaints about how they don’t have anything stocked. It’s horrific. I’ll drive the extra few miles to another store because the extra gas will save me a large headache.

Omg they never have anything stocked. I hate coming here and only come here when I need couple of things but you can’t come here to do a big grocery bc they won’t have anything. The workers seem lazy. The store is clean but you can’t find people to help you. There’s always one lane opened and the rest is check out bc they can’t seem like they don’t have anyone to work the registers!

Theirs is a very very nasty worker named Latonya (she has the 5 dollar short wig ,the terrible attitude and the knocked knees.) A very simple misunderstanding was made bigger then needed because of her demeanor and language. Very disappointing coming from such a nice store.

This Kroger location is always packed and drastically understaffed. I hope you wanna wait in line for 25 minutes for any amount of items. I've heard more than one cashier complain about being underpaid. I'm going to start stealing my groceries from here; how is it you run a business this large and successful, and you only have 2-3 people (probably minimum wage employees) taking care of tens of thousands of customers. Now they push for even more self checkouts. Go anywhere else. This place is a leech, printing money at the expense of loyal customers ???

Sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for a pickup order, and was finally told the order was still being picked, and that it would be another hour. Why didn't they tell me when I got there? Or better yet, at the beginning of my pickup window? I left without the order. Customer support offered me $5 store credit for my wasted time. I will shop elsewhere for a while, I think.

Great store Flower shop is really great. Bathroom could be better;but at least they have one. My only complaint is the MCoBeauty products are not ringing up buy one get one free. I bought 6 none were free just a heads up
