The girl that worked the self checkout on 02/04/24 at around 2:30pm is rude and a human garbage can. I hope she works at Kroger until the end of time.

I went in this store on the morning of 01/16/2024 between the hours of 0700 and 1000. The cashier, an older black woman, by the name of Pat or Pam is EXTREMELY RUDE. Her tone was off and she was very snappy with me from the time she began scanning my groceries. She even slung my bag of groceries on the floor. (She did pick it up.. obviously I wasn’t going to) Please find pleasant and professional people to work with the public. I love Kroger and this one is more convenient due to location but I doubt I’ll be back to this one. Do better people.

The store often has a few things out of stock and it's not particularly clean or organized. Most annoyingly, there never seems to be any carts or baskets available. But other than that it's an ok grocery store.

This grocery store is terrible. They got rid of all the checkout lines and the self-checkout lines they replaced them with are either broken or clothes. Every time I come here the lines are backed up into the grocery aisles. I avoid coming here if I can.

I’d give them a solid 4. I’ve been shopping there for years, and it’s an alright grocery store in an ideal location.I used to be on the 1100 block of Grace St. for around 6 years and would go almost daily.Still go now every so often even tho I’m over on the hill. They are an easy spot to drop by on my way home from work and have more of a variety than Market at 25th St.

Last month I was prescribed an anti-anxiety medication for the first time after I saw my nurse practitioner in the afternoon. I gave the pharmacy 5 hours to refill my medication and I went to pick it up before they closed. However, they had not filled my med that my nurse practitioner had sent in previously. I do understand that pharmacies are busy places so I patiently waited until the next morning. When I called late morning the next day they still had not refilled my prescription and they said that they were 24 hours behind on medication. So, I waited one more day and picked it up.Fast forward to a month later, yesterday, when I saw my nurse practitioner for my medication management and she refilled my script. I I saw her at 1 PM and she said to give the pharmacy a couple hours and so I did. I actually gave them 6 hours this time and I went in and they did not have my refill!!! They actually said that they could not find it in the system and it didn’t look like my doctors office had sent in the prescription refill. So I then called my doctors office this morning once they opened to check on the refill status. They told me that they had sent it in the day before and I believe them bc they have always been efficient with my care. So, then again, I called Kroger back!! Suddenly they found my refill on my prescription but said that they are 72 hours behind on medication refills. I told them that I could not wait 3 days for my anti-anxiety medication. There will be adverse effects from missing 6 doses of my medication. I had already missed my dose as of this morning. They seemed upset with me bc they said that they were busy but said I understand, however I do need to pick up my medication soon. So they said they would have my refill in an hour. I said thank you I will come in an hour!!!!Fingers crossed!!!!!However, I’m concerned. I won’t die without my anti-anxiety medication. It may throw off my routine for the day and it may result in a stressful day at work, but I will live!!! But, if I was on an antidepressant and I missed 3 days of doses the possible adverse side effect is suicide. Then I think about one of my friends who’s on a heart medication and if he missed 3 days of his medication, then he would end up in the hospital.both Kroger pharmacies, Carytown and Lombardy, have always been behind on medication refills and they always say they’re swamped, which is understandable. But there needs to be a solution — they should hire another pharmacist or more pharmacy techs. But we know that Kroger is a for-profit company and they are too cheap to pay the salary of hiring one more worker. So we, the consumer, the patients on medication have to suffer. It’s not moral or ethical for a medical pharmacy to operate in this manner. It is dangerous to make people miss 3 days of medication.

While I was at self checkout, I watched someone steal a cart of groceries -- just walked right out. The cashier saw it too and just shook her head. I asked the cashier why they don't do something about it, she said there's nothing she can do. After I paid I was walking out and saw their SECURITY GUARD. I asked him if he saw or did anything about the thief. He didn't even know what I was talking about because he hadn't been paying attention, socialiazing with some other person outside the door. You want to know why your grocery prices are going up? This is why. Incompetence and stealing just becoming normal.

Never have bags, which leaves the paper ones and those always rip. I try to bring my own bags because of this reason. Additionally service at registers and self check outs are backed up and often rude when asking questions.

The management and employees are rude and unhelpful my 73 year old mother was almost attacked by a 15 year old employee here and her family she called up there because I reported her attitude to the manager instead of helping me she got smart then calls her mother and 4 people came to try and fight her for nothing not to mention they stole my mother's purse and we contacted the police and we got banned from the store these employees need to be fired and security was standing right there when they stole the purse. We got banned after calling the police with no reason as to why we are banned

Needs a Health Department visit, or a better produce manager. Mold on every raspberry. My mistake, I did not save my receipt

An aggressively distressing environment, perhaps equivalent to the concept of 'purgatory' in many religions. The fluorescent lights bore into your skull with an intensity usually reserved for medical procedures. The staff all look fundamentally loathsome of their own existences and can you really blame them? This Kroger usually has the groceries you need, but they are often mislabeled, the aisles are always jammed, and the store is burdened with the profound psychic pain of thousands of college students come and gone. This is a place where you don't want to be seen.

Kroger in Scott's Addition has a fabulous selection of everything you can think of food wise. I really like their sushi counter and bakery. The place is neat and well-stocked, and I don't wait long in line if at all. I love earning points with their reward system to buy discounted gas with, at the station right there in the parking lot. One brand I'd like to see added is Brown Cow yogurt. If they had that, I'd go there every week!
