Very well kept Kroger. Clean and a nice place to go if you are needing a few things. Had a staff member ask if we needed help when we couldn’t find our item which was very nice.

Kroger's pharmacies are the best in town. Their service and professionalism are only outweighed by their kindness. They work long hours in a stressful environment. The folks at the Carytown Kroger are top-notch. A shout-out to Amy, Shaunte, Ana and everybody there. The main pharmacist works so hard.

Their pickup service is so unreliable that it is essentially unusable. First, the windows mean nothing to them. They will push back your schedule on almost no notice. Also, did you request a certain brand of something that they don't have? It will just be systematically removed from your order, without the option to replace and without informing you until pickup when it is too late to do anything about it.

Let me start by saying this store is busy.... in the Order pickup section! That's why I am confused as to why they aren't fully staffed to support the traffic. I work for Shipt and was assigned 5 orders to be delivered at 7pm. I arrived at 5:40 to pick them up and on 2 were ready. I took those came back fir the others only to discover they hadn't be shopped yet. Unacceptable. I finally received them at 8:23. If it weren't for the cool and positive team members I encountered (Miles, Charisma, Ariel, and Markasia) I would have forgotten I was RAISED. They all deserve a raise or a glowing referral since I witnessed them take on along from some very impatient customers who waited less time than I did. Please make sure the GM sees this and adjusts things to better suit the paying customers and not their budgets. Hire more help for this much needed department.

Do not bother with pickup here. They not only won’t have your order ready, when it says it is online. They won’t call you to tell you it’s not ready so once you get there they ask you to come back. It’s happened to me at least three times. This location is awful and so are their employees.

Closes 10 minutes early - guard complains everyone coming there at 11:50 - That's BECAUSE THIS USED TO BE 24HR STORE AND THE OTHER KROGER USED TO BE OEON TILL 12M NOW CLOSE AT 11PM. I tell other younger people to GTFO Gilead while they can bc this nation is CRASHING.

Have shopped here for a decade and will no longer. Four times in the past two months I have caught them over charging me well over the advertised price. When I point it out, it's a hassle to get it changed to the correct price. The employees make no effort to actually correct it in the system. This grocery store is scamming customers out of a lot of money with false advertising on their shelves. I can only imagine how many times I've overpaid, thinking I was paying a lower price.

I went shopping here today to stock drinks for a company. Upon purchasing them I was at my vehicle and had my cart snatched backward behind me by “security” demanding a receipt after a cashier had rang me through and wearing no signifier for the store. I took video and will be sending it in the proper channels. Apparently borderline assaulting and harassing customers is the new norm here.

Anthony from the deli department assisted me with a large catering order. He called me regarding my special instructions prior to starting my order to confirm what I wanted. When I picked up the order he was so helpful and accommodating and helped me check out and load it into my car. When there was a hold up at the cash register, he offered to keep the food cold for me in case it took a while. Thank you Anthony! Highly recommend using them for catering. It was not only affordable, but fresh and delicious!

I like Carytown Kroger and go there almost everyday.
However, the digital coupons are unreliable and often do not work.
I clip them on my computer and only a few work.
Then I go back into the store and clip them with my camera and they still do not work.
Then I ask the cashier to adjust the price and some do and some don't.
Then I go to customer service and they say that their computer is not able to fix or adjust the problem.
