Kroger offers thousands of quality food and household products from your favorite brands and companies. From fresh produce, meats and seafood to dairy, home goods and pharmaceutical needs, Kroger is your one stop for savings. However, some shoppers find the store very dirty inside and unstocked. Self‑checkout is often backed up even though there are more lanes, and many of the lanes remain closed. The floor is unattractive and shelves are poorly stocked, with carts blocking pathways. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially in the drug store, but the self‑checkout machines are the worst. Online check‑list service is sweet and conversational. The store needs a complete makeover to improve the experience.

This location is horrendous. The shelves are constantly empty. Half of the sales tags are incorrect. Produce is hit or miss. The staff is usually unknowledgeable if I have a question.

Very dirty inside. Unstocked. Self-checkout is always backed up even though they have more lanes, but they keep them closed. Sandy at self-check out is the only good thing about the store!
