“I love this Trader Joe's. It's literally my favorite one in this area. I will say that it gets crowded now due to TikTok and social media. But they still move rather quickly to get the lines down. The flowers here are so beautiful and are reasonably priced. They honestly last so long. I love the staff here most of all. They're just so friendly and are extremely helpful. I enjoy seeing some of my faves weekly like Amani and Phil (I call him my wine guy, he knows EVERYTHING). The store is clean, they have all the best stuff and the staff is just amazing. Well, to me and my boyfriend’s surprise they had hot food and some really good options might I add. We got 2 sandwiches, fries, and cake. Everything was fantastic and not a long wait either. “I went to Libby Market, over Christmas holiday weekend. The market's parking lot is accessible and lanes are well marked. The store is very orderly. The neighborhood is lucky to have such a market. The fruit is fresh and they have a diverse variety of fresh produce. The market has specialty items (bread, salad dressings, meats, cheeses, international products). *The prices are at a premium for most items. It was my first time at the store. I looked for Goya ginger beer, picked up a sandwich (that they make fresh, at the deli) bread and tea cookies. The only advice I'd give is to engage more with your customers and to make all areas of the store well lit...some of the areas, like where the tea cookies are, are dimly lit. The cashier at the deli talked to me while I waited to get my sandwich. The 2 guys at the register had no conversation (not even a hello or thanking me for shopping with Libby Market. Remember that your customer has choices regarding where to shop in Richmond, Va. (ie. the store is in par with Wegman's) You have a nice store.”
