Called Lincare to check on my prescription order for a new CPAP and upon answering was immediately transferred to another person and was transferred to 4 more times all back to the original person. Gave up. Web site is just as bad.

I had an appointment time that I missed and they were very accommodating with me. I was able to get in and get out. I had the pleasure of Brandi being my instructor. She was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. I left knowing exactly how to use my equipment. Thanks again Brandi!

The service center on Ackley Ave now has some of world's finest and most caring employees. Several improvements have been made to operations at this location as well in recent years. The center does not handle billing nor PAP supply shipments from their location and they utilize centralized groups for some order processing including some PAP orders and that can be frustrating and confusing but at the end of the day the staff in Richmond is caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Respectful and honest communication can fix just about any issue one may have.

AVOID Lincare - shady business practices, VERY poor customer service, FAILURE to communicate on MULTIPLE occasions, and all levels. Equipment took much longer than expected to arrive. I will never do business with them again. Never updated me with what insurance covered vs was to be out of pocket, even though I requested a bill several times, never received one but they were fine passing all of the information over to the collections company. Do yourself the favor - find someone else NOW!

Hard to reach the supply center on Ackley Ave. in Richmond....27 minute wait. Initially I was told my new supplies/machine would be mailed to me, then told to pick it up at office on Ackley Ave.

Service department is really efficient. Oxygen machine started to malfunction it was replaced right away.

Most of the Service MEN that come out to a problem call are Truely Great & Helpful, BUT, the Oxegen machines that I've had to use needed work on them or to be replaced before given to be Used. 😔 But once I had let them know about this issue All the Representatives ( All ) have been Genuinely Concerned and Fixed the Issue Rite Away. Amen 🙂
