Great customer service! Easy to work with-great communication! I visited the office in Henrico and met personally with the rep on a SUNDAY! He was genuinely concerned about getting the right supplies for my machine and answered all of my questions. Gave me all the time and attention I needed-could not have been nicer! I set up an automatic delivery for replacement of supplies that are shipped directly to my home when needed. A simple phone call is all that is necessary if I should need to change or alter any order. They even set up the communication link to relay my cpap’s data directly to my doctor. I am very happy with Lincare!

My CPAP quit. Lincare’s customer service in Henrico was excellent! They took care of everything quickly and honored their warranty so I had no out of pocket expense. Very pleased.

My experience is only during recent weeks. They brought an oximeter to wear for a test and picked it up the next day twice a couple weeks apart. Well done. They brought the O2 concentrator machine on the prescribed day. But did not bring a water bottle to attach so that my nose would not suffer from the dry O2 being blown into my nose. Two calls were made asking since then. Still don’t have one.

My experience with Linecare has been nice. The phone line can be a wait until someone answer then they solve the problem quicklyOh the staff has been on point with any and all information I needed.

In my experience, is hard to connect with someone on the phone but once it got through I spoke with Mrs. Rachell and she was able to make the appointment to pick up the CPAP equipment and she schedule an 1 and 1/2 appointment because an spanish interpreter was needed and she wan to make sure to have enough time to go over the instruccions. At the appointment we work with Mr. Travis, he was so gentel kind, he wento to every single detail explaining about the machine usage and the paper work. I couldn't have better experience and feeling with the thwo associates on how dedicated and emphatic are with the clients/patients. Thank you for all you do Rachell and Travis.

My last nose cannula broke in the middle of the night and Lincare showed up at my door 15 mins after I called them. I was suppose to pick them up the next morning, but I could t wait. Bobby is awesome!

If I could give them 0 stars. I just need a couple of small things and I cannot get a response. I need some filters for my nebulizer and CPAP. And I need a different CPAP mask if another week goes by they will not replace the one I have because you have 30 days to try a mask. They do not answer their phones and I usually wait 20-30 minutes for another branch to answer and say they will contact the Richmond, VA office. At this point I have called at least 10 times in the last 2 weeks and left 6 messages. They have shipped items to the wrong address. They have lied about deliver of it items. I have gone to the office and the people have been nice but trying to deal with them over the phone is a nightmare.

I received my CPAP device via mail and did the virtual training. My device was missing a piece and I was told to call the local Richmond, VA office. In total I have been on hold for over 8.5 hours. My physician and the virtual training. and the supply place for Lincare has tried calling and nobody can into contact with them. I wish I could change companies as I have yet to use the machine and it has now put me out of compliance with no resolution in place.

Been using this company for years for my mothers concentrator and nebulizer. No problems at all with service calls or getting masks, tubes, etc.

No one answers the phone at the local office. Was told today there is an issue with their phone system. They also don't return calls from the call center when they forward an electronic message.

Editing to say the new correct machine arrived today. Thank you.Editing to say the number which the “owner” replied to my review telling me to call, is the VERY SAME NUMBER I called for some lady in Clearwater Florida to yell at me. I’m done sitting on hold for the day. Y’all better call me when you’re ready to say sorry for being rude. ?Literally the worst experience ever.They delivered the wrong machine today (which we have been waiting 3 weeks to receive). I sat on hold for collective hours while they passed my call around and hung up on me.I’d love to voice my concerns to someone, but the lady from the home office yelled at me “for not listening to her” lol.. what the world?!Lincare appears to have bought all of the other oxygen suppliers in town. They are clearly in over their heads. If anyone from corporate would like to reach out to me, I’d love to chat. (But not to the mean lady that yelled at me)Good luck people!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! My mother saw her doctor on Monday and oxygen was ordered to be delivered to her home. It is now Friday and it still has not been delivered but they LIED and told the doctor it was delivered Wednesday. I had to go to their office Wednesday because it had not been delivered and they DO NOT answer the phones when called. I was cut off twice after waiting a half hour. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL UNCARING COMPANY!

My Grandfather went back on hospice care and here we are over 3 weeks later and his little studio apartment in the assisted living facility still has over a dozen empty tanks and a concentrator that has yet to be picked up by Lincare. Three separate requests have been made. However, getting someone on the phone is almpst impossible most days. I am on hold for an average of 20 minutes or more most of the time. They need to do better.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! TAKE YOUR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE BUT LINCARE. They simply do not care about providing consistent, quality service. It is the worst business I have ever worked with and am furious. As soon as I can, I will switch providers of the equipment I am using. One person at my Richmond VA location named Brandon, was a saving grace, but not enough to stay there. STAY AWAY.. FIND ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR, KEEP WALKING, BETTER YET, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
