I’ll be contacting corporate regarding my experience at the Chesterfield Towne Center location. My daughter and I entered the store without a greeting, and when I decided against purchasing a sweater, I placed it back on the table. The associate nearby didn't speak to me and simply refolded the sweater. There was no acknowledgment or offer of assistance. I won’t be returning to this location, and it’s no surprise that many stores are struggling while more people turn to online shopping—this is a clear example of poor customer service.

Marissa helped me with my purchase tonight and was so kind and courteous. I have been in this store before and she is always smiling and friendly. Tonight I accidentally left a package from another store and when I called back to see about it, the store was already closed. Marissa agreed to meet me outside the mall to give me my package. Above and beyond!! Thank you Marissa!

I love LOFT clothes but HATE going to this store because the sales people will not give you a moment of peace to look at the clothes. I heard the sales pitch 5 times while in there. After I tried on the clothes and was browsing another woman asked if I wanted a fitting room and I told her I already tried them on. Then she asks to put my clothes behind the counter? Why? You're either accusing me of stealing or trying to drive me out of the store when I'm still browsing. Then she launches into talking about the sale again for the 6th time. I hesitate to go in at all. Really should train people to be more aware, nobody should hear the sales pitch 6 times while shopping for 20 minutes.

I am such a huge fan of loft (just ask my husband). They always have a sale and you can buy and pickup in store if you prefer to do that. I recommend you sign up for rewards because when you spend a certain amount you can get rewards to use. They also send you $15 for your birthday if you sign up. The sales associates are always very friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. I always feel like I am shopping at SAKS when I am here minus the crazy prices

Came in on a Sat afternoon where there was maybe 6 other people in the store. No sales associate asked me if I needed help, but talked with each other mainly. I didn’t think anything of it until walking out, noticed the one closest to the door told couple walking out almost at the same time behind me to have a nice day.No interaction in spite of couple of them making direct eye contact and cutting off me off to walk in front of me while I looked to shop. Neither I nor the couple was greeted bought anything.

I bought a coat that was nearly half the price for the same style coat at Macy’s.The staff were accommodating at this location vs the store at the town center in Short Pump.

Very impressed with the staff at this location. I have been shopping at Loft for over 10 years and really enjoy the fresh new faces at this store. Angela was beyond sweet and a phenomenal stylist!
