I don’t come here often, but I do like Loft clothing, and this store in particular is always clean and organized. They had a good sale going on, and I had a birthday coupon, so figured I would stop in. The ladies working today were extremely kind and displayed wonderful customer service.

I bought a coat that was nearly half the price for the same style coat at Macy’s.The staff were accommodating at this location vs the store at the town center in Short Pump.

Very impressed with the staff at this location. I have been shopping at Loft for over 10 years and really enjoy the fresh new faces at this store. Angela was beyond sweet and a phenomenal stylist!
